Finance Consultancy and Tax Law Department is composed of economists and lawyers specialized in economic and financial analysis of the company, valuation of companies (due diligence), accounting and tax advice.

The main services provided by the Tax Law Department are:

• Tax planning and consultancy to individuals, companies, groups of companies, foundations and non-profit associations.
• Assistance and consultancy on all kinds of tax procedures: management, inspection and collection.
• Claims and appeals to administrative bodies and administrative and economic-administrative courts and contentious-administrative courts.
• Tax planning and consultancy on acquisitions, transfers, mergers, demergers, non-cash contributions and exchange of shares.
• Tax preparation and periodic tax declaration.

The main services provided by the Department of Accounting and Finance are:

• Accounting and financial consultancy. 
• Accounting and preparation and /or review of the accounts.
• Preparation and presentation of the annual accounts of the company.
