The Succession and Donations Department at 1961 Abogados y Economistas is highly specialised in resolving all matters arising from the transfer of assets, irrespective of whether they involve civil or fiscal law (inheritances, donations and asset transfers).

Comprehensive advice on all matters within the specialisation, with the aim of optimising the process, minimizing costs, reducing conflicts and foreseeing alternatives.

Our activity includes proposals for the future (planning inheritances while still alive,  the granting of wills, organising assets to be transferred…) as well as solutions for all of the procedures involved in the transference, acceptance and adjudication of wills, property transfer, insurance policies, registries, etc., either privately between the interested parties or before the courts.
